Robert Lee Whited

Robert Lee Whited of Bismarck passed away at his home on Monday, May 7, 2018. He was 77.

He was born on Thursday, Dec. 19, 1940 in Ironton, a son of the late William “Bill” and Alma Dunbar Whited.

On Sunday, Jan. 8, 1961, he was united in marriage to Nancy Lee (Arnold) Whited, who preceded him in death. To this union two sons were born, Robert “Bobby” and wife Mickey Whited of Arcadia, and Randy Whited of Ironton.

Robert is also survived by one sister, Martha Lorene Whited and husband Gary of Pilot Knob; three grandchildren, Tommy, Seth, and Katie Whited; and a host loving other relatives and friends.

Robert worked and retired from an electrical company which manufactured and fabricated electronic components for companies around the world for many years.

He also served his country with honor in the United States Army.

Funeral Services for Robert were held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11 a.m. Visitation was held on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Pastor Mike Hagerty officiated the funeral services. Interment was at Thomas Cemetery.
