Norma Toney
Norma Toney of Piedmont passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Mercy Jefferson in Festus. She was 82.
She was born on Oct. 10, 1935 in Iron County to parents Andrew and Pearl (Stevens) Chilton.
