Mark Wayne Stirts

Mark Wayne Stirts of Pilot Knob passed away Dec. 19, 2016 in St. Louis.  He was 50.

Mark was born Nov. 6, 1966, a son of Richard and Melba Jean Inman Stirts. 

On Dec. 31, 2003, Mark was united in marriage to Adrian Hope Adams Stirts, who survives. 

Also surviving are his parents, Richard “Bud” and Melba Stirts; brothers, Richard Stirts and Steve Stirts; five children, Tyler Stirts, Savannah Stirts, William Adams, Adrian Adams, Rebekah Adams; three grandchildren, and many other family members and friends. 

Mark graduated from Arcadia Valley High School in 1985, attended the Marble Creek Baptist Church. 

He was a master carpenter and woodworker for many years. 

A celebration of life was held on Dec. 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Cole Family Funeral Home. Elder Larry Sutton officiated the services. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mark’s family.
